Service Description
A process of literally "reconstructing" your innate physical structure by precisely unravelling each part of the body over 12 sessions. This program resets unnecessary tension and "re-educates" your body to maintain a lifelong axis that is efficient, fatigue-resistant, and in perfect harmony with gravity. Note: Please book your first session here. We will schedule the subsequent sessions during your initial visit. Important Information 【What to Bring / Attire】 As myofascial release primarily involves direct contact with the skin, please prepare the following: Women: A two-piece swimsuit, sports bra, or yoga/Pilates wear (shorts). Attire that leaves the spine visible is ideal. Men: Shorts or half-pants. 【Contraindications & Precautions】 We may be unable to perform sessions if any of the following apply. Please contact us for details: Aneurysm / Arteriosclerosis (on medication for circulatory disorders) / Fractures or acute soft tissue injury / Cortisone treatment / Fever, cold, or headache symptoms / Infectious diseases / Inflammatory diseases such as Tendonitis or Bursitis / Autoimmune diseases / Osteoporosis / Phlebitis or Varicose veins / Recent injuries (including surgery) / Pregnancy / Menstruation / Spinal disc abnormalities / Epilepsy / Herpes / Heart disease / Severe Hypertension / Diabetes...
